All Sales Final
Due to the nature of research peptides and chemical compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances once an order has been shipped. This policy exists to maintain the integrity, purity, and chain of custody of our research-grade products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at support@elixionpeptides.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item
Verified claims will be resolved with a replacement shipment at no additional cost. We do not issue cash refunds.
Lost Shipments
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate. Confirmed lost shipments will be reshipped.
